Paying Attention.
Ascending.

Lots of emotions can feel big, scary and overwhelming and Cancer Season brings all of it. What a glorious opportunity! We can take these emotions and distill from them TRUTH. Instead of trying to “push through” and shut down, we can recognize what needs to be seen and heard in order to break free. Our Capricorn Moon reminds us to plant our hooves on the Earth and “like a mountain goat” keep ascending. We can climb higher with the rock as our foundation and gain a new perspective. This is not a race to the top, but a slow and steady endurance effort with lots of time and space for reflection and release. Lay down the heavy pack. It is no longer needed.

You are home now. You have honored your true self and found the support needed through community, through Circle and through Yourself. Cancer is all about the Home. And as the cliche statement goes, “the home is where the Heart is”. We are coming home to our hearts and clearing the path of obstacles so that The Way of the Heart is clear and visible.
A month ago, on the first Full Moon in Capricorn of Cancer Season, we released what was in the way of allowing all the permission slips. This is reminder that they are always tucked nicely in our back pockets for quick retrieval. Feel the feels, and write yourself the permission slip needed to honor your truth ALWAYS. The magic and the medicine is all around us. We just have to take the time to see it, and like a Mountain Goat, put one foot in front of the other, and always with plenty of rest and recuperation. We must care for ourselves. We are worthy of all the care, love and support The Universe has to give.
